Biography:

Edmund ALLEYN (1931-2004) 

In 1958 and 1960, Edmund Alleyn was included in the selection of Canadian paintings featured in the Guggenheim competition, and in 1959, he won the bronze medal at the Sao Paulo Biennial. He represented Canada in the Venice Biennial in 1960. Since 1952 he has participated in solo and group shows in Canada and abroad.
